As Lead Director Community Sports Infrastructure, Philip has almost 25 years’ experience in planning and delivering community sports infrastructure, mostly with Sport and Recreation Victoria in the Victorian Government and has overseen infrastructure investment of over AUD 1.5 billion over the past decade.
