Guests simply scan a QR code on a poster, select products directly on their smartphone, pay contactlessly and pick up their purchase from a central collection point. Every poster in the pool thus becomes a digital shop window, without the need for extra retail space or staffed tills. Operators, meanwhile, always retain full oversight of all transactions via the online portal.
