SHAPE Architecture is an award-winning architectural practice of architects and designers located in downtown Vancouver. Marrying design excellence and ground breaking high performance building, SHAPE Architecture was founded on the belief that architecture matters and has a crucial role to play in creating an engaging, humane and sustainable future. Our team has been recognized for our ability to seamlessly combine high performance sport venues, with multi-use community spaces to create unique and memorable civic hubs through the delivery of bold, affordable, and socially conscious designs. SHAPE’s work in athletics and community recreation extends across western Canada and has been recognized with two Lieutenant Governor’s Medals for the Guildford Aquatic and Recreation Centre and the Columbia Valley Community Centre, and most recently a Governor Generals Medal for the South Haven Centre for Remembrance.
