On December 17th, 2020 the IAKS LAC invited to the second “Café IAKS”, the online knowledge exchange for the active members of its region.
On the subject of “Fan experience before, during and after the games: stadiums and their immediate surroundings”, David Magos from Baja California (Mexico) spoke about the latest developments in the USA that are having an impact on stadium construction. Stadium visitors can extend their stay in the stadium to up to twelve hours by frequenting restaurants, concerts and sport & leisure activities.
Electronic billboards were the focus of the lecture "Technology for the sports viewer" by the Argentine architect Carlos Segura. The event was hosted by María de Lourdes Sandoval, professor at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana in Mexico.
