The 28th IAKS Congress offered four days of stimulation with high-calibre speakers and inspiring contributions on topics ranging from "Global Challenges and Initiatives" and "Environmental and Climate Challenges" to " Well-being, active living, inclusivity, and the public realm" and the joint ESTC & IAKS Expert panel under the motto " Changing the narrative: The future of the sports surfaces sector“.
Over 485 guests and delegations from 38 countries took the opportunity to learn about current trends and global approaches to sports facility infrastructure.
At the 28th edition of the IAKS Congress, experts from all over the world met to exchange interdisciplinary views on the planning, construction and management of sports and leisure facilities. The motto of this year's expert meeting was: "Building resilient communities through sports and leisure facilities".
