“The evolution of sports and leisure facilities in France and the role of the state” is the title of the event on the 17th of September organised by IAKS Japan. Former project manager for the Ministry of Sport in France, and IAKS member since 2006 François Vigneau will report on the current situation in France and the challenges which sports and leisure facilities are facing. The meeting takes place at the International Cultural Hall starting at 3.00 pm and the attendance is free of charge.
