Mafis Digital makes a wide range of applications even simpler and more convenient for operators and guests. With its four modules, the solution is fully integrated into the Mafis system landscape without the need for additional interfaces.

Four modules facilitate data management

With ­Mafis Easy Ticket, Eccos Pro offers its own online shop in the cloud, through which guests can purchase online tickets or vouchers at any time and from anywhere, regardless of open­ing hours or ticket office times.

For operators of multiple facil­ities, Mafis Flex offers the option to issue guest cards, multi-­visit tickets, time-based or prepaid cards that can also be used at other operators’ Mafis facilities. All revenue is correctly accounted for.

With Mafis Reserve, operators organize and manage bookings for treatments, courses or rooms using a calendar function.

And with the fourth module, Mafis Guest Portal, guests manage their guest cards independently and digitally, can view their usage and spending, and top up their cards ­online.

Centralised data management enhances the efficiency of the Mafis modules and also enables valuable analysis of guest behaviour. Designed as a Software as a Service model, the costs of maintenance and updates are already included in the hosting fees.
