IAKS Austria elects Executive Board

The General Assembly elected Harald Fux (RAUMKUNST ZT) President. His Vice Presidents are Dr Gerold Sattlecker (Salzburg-Rif University and Land Sports Centre) – who also serves as Secretary – and Oliver Teubl (STRABAG) – who is also Treasurer. Wolfgang Becker (Salzburg-Rif University and Land Sports Centre) and Claus Weberstorfer (Greiner MULTIfoam) accepted the positions of auditors.

New member: Heath Harvey, London (UK)

Heath has had a 25-year career in professional sports with senior roles at Wembley Stadium, Saracens Rugby and most recently in elite cycling events. He has joined Argent to oversee the strategic design and development of 44 acres of sports and wellbeing elements of Brent Cross South, a “new town” of 1 km² and 6,700 new homes in north London.

On 9 August, Councillor of Chigasaki City Sadahiro Mizumoto shared his knowledge on how to improve the environment for the support of the elderly’s physical activities and promote their well-being.
