Edion Peace Wing Hiroshima is located in the centre of Hiroshima, a city that is a sacred place to pray for peace. "City-Center Stadium" is close to Hiroshima Castle, Ota River, and Chuo Park. It was designed to function not only as a soccer stadium, but also to create a complex relationship with the surrounding facilities and spaces in order to offer a versatile, sport-oriented use. City-Center Stadium, which is used on a daily basis 365 days a year, can be said to be a new typology of Japan's world-class sports facilities.
This meeting will welcome Prof. Dr Mitsuru Senda from EDI and the team from Taisei Corporation, who were involved in the design of this stadium, to introduce the project and exchange opinions.
