Dominic Ries has nearly 30 years of experience in the construction and commissioning of aquatic, recreation, and hospitality facilities. He currently serves as the Director of Technical Solutions at Chandos Construction, where he oversees specialized recreation and hospitality projects. His role focuses on bridging technical design with practical construction delivery, ensuring operational efficiency and long-term durability for high-performance infrastructure, including historic preservation and cultural landmarks.

Dominic’s professional background includes over a decade as a commercial pool builder followed by leadership roles as a Project Director and Project Manager for two General Contractors in Canada. He is a graduate of the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT).
